Digital service delivery
Kervoni sells digital access and software/API services; no physical shipment is made unless a future product explicitly says otherwise.
When delivery happens
Service activation begins only after the payment provider sends a verified server-to-server success notification. Browser redirects are informational and are not treated as proof of payment.
API key and access period
The 30-day access period starts at confirmed payment. Use the payment result page in the same browser to get your API key, then copy and store it securely. Keys are shown only when issued. Replacing a key invalidates the previous key and preserves the original expiry and usage.
There is no automatic renewal. After expiry, paid API calls stop. If you lose the payment browser session, contact support with your order reference for verification and key recovery.
